VOA Brush LLC collects personal information when you choose to join the VOA Brush waitlist or contact the company.

INFORMATION WE RECEIVE

When you join the waitlist, VOA Brush receives the email address you submit and your required consent selection. Google Forms collects the submission, and a linked Google Sheet stores the response. If you contact VOA Brush directly, we also receive the information you choose to include in your message. Google may process additional technical information under its own privacy terms when you use Google Sites or Google Forms.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use submitted information to administer the waitlist, send occasional development updates, launch announcements, and information about potential early-access opportunities, respond to inquiries, and meet applicable legal obligations. We use service providers, including Google, to host the website and form, store submissions, and support communications.

CHOICES AND RETENTION

You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your submission. VOA Brush retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and applicable legal obligations.

CHILDREN

The waitlist and this website are not directed to children under 13.
